It's a bad plot and character cast. I did not want to admit it to being a "girl fantasy", but after waching the movie and reading the last book, i reluctantly had to. The facts were undeniable.

everyone i know (save a couple people) thinks it's the greatest thing in the world! and i think they're stupid...no wait, know they're stupid....

i actually only got halfway into the first book but had to stop reading it....but from what i read, it sucked, and from what all the girls rant on and on and on about it, it sucks....

it's also poorly written....well, not poorly, but on a much lower level than people should be reading....especially the high school seniors who don't know how to use quotation marks correctly in a dialogue....

Grammer rule sucks The book is written very vivid, and it's entertaining if you don't mind the plot. If you then analyze the book itself, it's rubbish. It has one of the horniest and stupidest main heroines(Well, heroines would not be if they were not stupid) and the least action in an action novel ever too. It's like putting chuck norris and bruce lee in a room but not letting them fight. No, let them sparkle and agonize why they cant just bite her, o that's right, the author forgot to check what vampires and werewolves were.

It's a book created to wet the panties of little fourteen year old girls. It's sad but true. How it got so much publicity is a mystery.

Her other book, Host is better, but not much. It's basically turning edward and bella to a parasite(not much difference), jacob to a girl who gets leeched, and getting one black jacob/emmet and one jacob/jasper. Put them in a hole and wait four months. Let them come out twice of that hole, then end the book with a lame 'There-was-no-real-meaning-to-the-struggle' ending. Thank god it's just one book.

also, i just have to say, that i still hate Twilight and everything about it, but i think the actor who played Carlisle is really hott as a blond
